I only started baking sourdough after years of making regular bread. I first started out using a simple bread machine, then eventually transitioned to Dutch Ovens and other equipment, as I got better. I remember one day when I was researching new treats, I stumbled across a sourdough option and decided to give it a try. Lots of trial and eating later, I came up with my own version that has been such a hit that I sell out almost daily!
Baking bread is my passion. From the most wonderful smell that fills the room, to seeing how delighted people are when they take a bite of my sourdough flavors. It just makes me so happy
Recently I found out that I am not supposed to eat gluten so I started making Gluten Free (GF) sourdough too! The original plan was just substituting that for myself, but after getting so many GF requests I ended up adding that to my menu as well. If you are Gluten Free, please allow me to make you something delicious!
My girls are the world to me. Without them, I would have no taste testers...(haha) They are the ones that inspire me to bake more and want to keep baking new things.

All of my products are made fresh daily and I use only the best ingredients to ensure that every bite is as delicious as the last.
